- The Application Guidance document for Models 2-4 (PDF) is designed to offer applicants additional guidance in completing a strong application for the BPCI initiative. The Application Guidance document will clarify various sections of the BPCI online application portal.
- A Letter of Intent (PDF) was due by 5:00 pm ET, November 4, 2011. Letters of intent are non-binding; however, an LOI is required to in order to apply to Model 2 of BPCI.
